Flynn Commercial Capital 

Kevin M. Flynn has been working in the Financial Services Industry as a Mortgage, Real Estate and Stock Broker for the last 10 years. Prior to that, he owned, built, and operated a chain of Gas Station/Liquor stores. That experience gives him the hands on ability to understand what it takes to Finance a business in todays environment, and what unique concerns Small Business Owners have today.  

FCC is set up to handle all types of Commercial Financing for either the Purchase, Construction or Refinance of your small business, with loan amounts from $100,000 to $50,000,000. We will be your advocate in finding financing that makes the most sense for you from a cost/benefit standpoint.

The Group works with a select mix of Attorneys, Appraisers and Banks to Locate, Analyze and Finance Residential and Commercial Properties on Cape Cod. FMRG controls the process as either a Buyer's or Seller's Representative with the above colleagues to ensure a successful transaction.
