Your business must occupy more than 51% of the property and be a for-profit business.

For multi-use properties (such as office buildings, office condos, warehouses, manufacturing, etc.) we can provide 90% financing for real estate acquisition, real estate acquisition with renovations and/or real estate acquisition with ground-up contruction.  We can also include in the 90% financing office equipment, computers, furniture, machinery and fixtures.

This is our best program for businesses that want to acquire real estate and preserve capital, maximize cash-flow and secure attractive long-term fixed-rate financing up to 25 years.

COMMERCIAL CONVENTIONAL LOAN PROGRAM

This program is for business that seek to refinance existing debt or do not qualify under our 90% Owner-Occupied Program above but still wish to secure attractive long-term fixed-rate financing up to 30 years.   

COMMERCIAL INVESTOR LOAN PROGRAM

This program is for businesses where the subject business occupies less than 50% of the property but seeks to acquire or refinance the property and seek long-term fixed-rate financing.  We can finance real estate acquisition, real estate acquisition with renovations and/or real estate acquisitions with ground-up construction. 

MULTI-FAMILY LOAN PROGRAM
